AVerMedia BU110 is only available when DSLR or other cameras support HDMI Video /Audio Output.

Please check if your camera supports HDMI video/audio output to the manufacturer.

Camera's HDMI port does NOT mean that it supports HDMI video/audio output.

The HDMI video/audio output issue of the camera cannot be a reason for a replacement or refund.
